OkuMasa Lunch Staff Wanted

We are looking for staff to support our lunch service together with us.

We value Yanbaru island ingredients and want to serve food that properly conveys the appeal of this land.

We want guests to feel the simple goodness of the ingredients and the life behind them.
We value efficiency, but we also believe that the work that deserves care should be done carefully.
With that mindset, we welcome our guests each day.

At OkuMasa, you may hear wild birds from the kitchen.
You may also hear guests say, “That was truly delicious!”
You can feel that your work is directly connected to the joy of the person in front of you. Working while feeling Yanbaru around you, and seeing careful work return as someone’s happiness, is part of OkuMasa’s appeal.

You will start with preparation, plating, and simple cooking support for lunch service, then gradually learn the work step by step.

Because we value hygiene and the atmosphere inside the restaurant, we ask that staff follow rules such as no smoking during work, consideration for odors, and clean, presentable grooming. Since we are a small team, we would like to work with people who can share information, consult, and improve smoothly even when things are busy.


Work conditions

Positions
Lunch kitchen staff and lunch service staff
Hourly wage: from 1,150 yen (trial period applies)

Work details
Preparation support, plating, cooking support, dishwashing, tidying, cleaning, and related tasks. Details will be explained.

Working hours
Mainly daytime hours, starting with lunch service.
We will adjust according to your preferences and performance. Details will be decided after an interview.

Working days
From around 2 to 4 days per week, negotiable.
Applicants who can work on either Saturday or Sunday are welcome.

Benefits
Staff meals provided.
Transportation and gasoline costs are negotiable.
Raises may be offered depending on ability, work attitude, and continued commitment.

Other
For those who build experience and trust, we may discuss a central role in the future.
