[Important] For customers not receiving emails from our shop

Recently, we have been receiving more reports such as “I made a reservation but didn’t receive a confirmation email” or “I haven’t received a reply to my inquiry.”
We always send confirmation emails in response to reservations, inquiries, or orders from our customers.

If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you still cannot find it, we kindly ask you to contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
If the email hasn’t been delivered, we will follow up with a phone call or other means of contact from our end.

We sincerely apologize, but since the shop is often run by a single person, we are rarely able to answer incoming calls from customers.
Thank you for your understanding.

Note: As of May 6, 2025, we have changed our email address from a Gmail-based free address (which may be affected by other users) to a custom domain address to improve email deliverability.
