We always send confirmation emails in response to reservations, inquiries, or orders from our customers.
If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you still cannot find it, we kindly ask you to contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
If the email hasn’t been delivered, we will follow up with a phone call or other means of contact from our end.
We sincerely apologize, but since the shop is often run by a single person, we are rarely able to answer incoming calls from customers.
