Please note when making a reservation for shabu-shabu, that we are not a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant.
As a restaurant that uses island ingredients, we usually offer a course menu based on European and Okinawan cuisine.
When making a reservation, please be sure to specify “Agu shabu-shabu”
A restaurant where you can eat ShabuMasa’s shabu-shabu
Located in Motobu Town is “ShabuMasa”, a restaurant specializing in Agu shabu-shabu run by Masataka Niizaki.
As Masataka Arasaki is currently concentrating on restaurant OkuMasa in Okuma, Kunigami Village, the restaurant will be closed from 2023.
At OkuMasa in Okuma, we are offering our usual shabu-shabu with reservations made by the day before.
During the filming of Gori Okinawa, I had gained a significant amount of weight due to long-term accumulated stress.
Many acquaintances even asked, “Who is this guy?”—but that too was a temporary result of stress. Thanks especially to the warm support of the people of Kunigami Village, things are now improving in every aspect.
The dishes at OkuMasa are now personally crafted by Chef Masataka Arasaki, and the quality has further improved. We are committed to continuously creating dishes that may become Okinawan specialties, so we sincerely appreciate your continued support.
