Starting little by little with lunch hall and kitchen support
This is not a position where you will be asked to run the restaurant alone from the beginning.
You will start with prep assistance, plating, simple cooking support, dishwashing, cleanup, and cleaning, and learn the work little by little.
For those who build experience and trust, we may discuss taking a central role in lunch service or working until 7:00 p.m.

| Working Hours | Around 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (lunch hours) From 2 days per week, negotiable. Applicants who can work either Saturday or Sunday are welcome. Depending on performance, ability, and preference, work until 7:00 p.m. may also be discussed.
