You can adjust the amount of pasta for children, for example. Advance reservations are required for the children’s plate (hamburger steak and fried shrimp).

What is the Agu Shabu-shabu Course?

Chef Arasaki’s special shabu-shabu uses freshly picked Yanbaru island vegetables and Agu pork, a native Ryukyuan breed carefully selected in Okinawa. The citrus ponzu sauce made from shekwasha juice, the fragrant sesame sauce, the secret dashi broth developed during an Okinawa soba consultation, and even the dessert are all homemade. The rich flavor of the melt-in-your-mouth Agu pork and the rich flavor of seasonal local vegetables bring out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients.
